Meet the team
Jon
I’m Jon Boultinghouse, co-owner of Liberty Crest Property Group, with a diverse background spanning construction, architecture, and estimating. I bring over five years of experience in residential construction as a project manager and estimator, complemented by two years managing commercial construction projects and two years working as an architectural designer. This combination allows me to approach projects with a well-rounded perspective—balancing design intent, constructability, cost control, and long-term performance. My focus is on delivering efficient, high-quality solutions that create lasting value for property owners and investors.

Mike
Mike brings a well-rounded background in home renovations, construction, and real estate to every project. He began working in construction early in his career before partnering with his father in 2015 to renovate residential properties, where he developed a strong passion for craftsmanship and thoughtful property design.
In 2017, Mike earned his real estate license and began working closely with buyers and sellers, gaining firsthand insight into what homeowners value most in both function and design. This dual experience allows him to approach renovation projects with a unique perspective—balancing quality construction with practical design choices that enhance everyday living and long-term value.
